Breaking into a new career can be tough. Getting into film? Practically impossible. It’s like a secret club to which no one’s handing out the password. NewMotion is here to flip that script.
With its job-shadowing program, NewMotion is blowing the door to the film industry wide open by connecting fresh talent of all backgrounds and ages with seasoned pros. Ultimately making access, mentorship, and opportunity more inclusive for all.

In a series of short films, we placed new and curious talents right in the middle of the action, the horror, the romance. Because the best way to learn about film isn’t from the sidelines. It’s right there on set, in the thick of it.

The website
Once the films and campaign pieces sparked curiosity, viewers were led to the NewMotion website.
Where an interactive first-person video drops them straight onto set and into the shoes of a job-shadower.
There, they could click on the roles that seemed interesting and read more about them.
